Premium Adult Concepts Returns, Refunds, Changes and Cancellations Policy 

At Premium Adult Concepts we always want you to be happy with your purchases at our online store. If you have questions regarding any of our products, please contact us and we will be happy to answer any of your questions. You will normally receive a response within 24hrs via email. 

Returning or Exchanging Shoes: 
If you have problems with your online purchase at Premium Adult Concepts, please let us know immediately via our online "contact us" email. Please include your purchase date and order # and a brief description of the problem. Any product returns must be in new condition with all original packaging. All returns: We must be notified via email within 7 days of purchase. 
NOTE: Please do not send any products back without an RGN number.  We will refuse unexpected packages.

Costumes / Lingerie / Leather Clothing: 
We do not accept returns or exchanges of costumes, lingerie, underwear, bodystockings, pantyhose (stockings)body jewellery items or leather clothing items. Defective items will be replaced with same item only.

Stockings and pantyhose are not returnable or refundable once they have been removed from their original packaging.

There are no returns or refunds on items in the SPECIALS/CLEARANCE area. 

All returns must have an RGN# (Return Goods Number) which you will receive after you have contacted us. We cannot accept packages that do not have an approved RGN#

At Premium Adult Concepts we always do everything we can to ensure our customers are happy with their purchases. 

Shipping and Guarantees: 
We guarantee that your package will be shipped with the shipping method you select. We do not guarantee that your package will be shipped the next day. Processing time is up to 48 hours for most orders in stock and up to 28 days for items not in stock. We do not ship items over the weekend. If you have ordered a product after 12pm on a Friday it will not be sent out til the following Monday pending public holidays.

We use a courier company to ship most of our products within Australia. Shoes are posted in their boxes via the courier company. If you would like your purchases shipped to a P.O Box we use Australia post. Please note: shoes shipped via Australia Post are not shipped in their boxes. We carefully wrap them in tissue paper and bubble wrap and are posted in an Australia Post satchel.

Back-Orders and Discontinued Items:
If for any reason we cannot ship out your item(s) immediately, we will notify you via email. We will fulfil the order as soon as we can. Please contact us to change or cancel backorders if you do not want them shipped to you at a later date. 

Should a product be faulty by the manufacturer

Goods cannot be returned without a prior authorisation. We are happy to pay the first exchange if something doesn't fit or its faulty by the manufacturer but all return freight charges after this are the responsibility of the customer.

For any items or garments which do not fit properly we will exchange the garments providing that:

  • The garment/item is returned to us within 7 days of receiving a RGN.
  • The garment/item labels are still attached to the garment.
  • The garment/item has not been worn (except to assess the garment for size).
  • The garment/item has not been damaged or soiled in any way.
  • The garment/item has not been altered by you in any way.
  • The returned item is accompanied by the original receipt.
  • The item is returned to us in its original, undamaged packaging.

We will do our best to exchange your item for the correct size in the same style, subject to stock availability. Where we cannot supply the identical style we will offer an exchange of another item of your choice to the same value of the faulty item or give you a credit note for future purchases to the value of the faulty item or offer you a full refund to the value of the faulty item only. This does not include a postage refund.

When returning your product, please make sure you provide us the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your RGN (very important) No RGN means no exchange or refund will be offered.
  • Your return address
  • A number we can contact you on to help resolve the issue quicker.
  • The reason you are returning the item/s
  • Please inform us how you would like this issue resolved.

Please Note:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for pantyhose, stockings, stocking type bodysuits. Please remember to wear a liner when trying on your lingerie bottom or an outfit that has a panty bottom. We trust that most people are honest and will take the time to try on lingerie carefully.
